Yey, thanks for popping in. I'd love it if you could sponsor me a little (or a lot) for running 26+ miles. Not only am I subjecting myself to some serious pain, I'm also sharing a particularly fetching action photo of myself for your donating pleasure. Clearly it's blurry because I was running so fast - blink and you'll miss me ;-)

I'm not going to be breaking any marathon records. This is a huge personal challenge for me and something that I've wanted to do for a long time. I'll be happy to get through the training, turn up on 13th April at the start line, give it my best shot and raise some serious money for charity. Bring it on!

I'm running for the charity Whizz-Kidz, which does wonders for children with mobility challenges. Please take a look at their website (look left on this page) to see exactly how the money you donate can improve their quality of life. The great thing is that if I raise a minimum of 1500 squids, the company I work for will match that. Soooo, a guaranteed donation of 3k!!! Cool huh?
