Some of you may know that last year Justin joined forces with the Cares4Kids guys and cycled 380 kms around the hills of Kerala, India. This year Justin is being joined by Sean & Ben Millensted and the trio will again join forces with the guys from Openwork in an attempt to cycle 500 kms through the dusty roads of Havana, Cuba!!

Between the three of us, we have at least four children (!!) who are all fit and well looked after. However, there are millions of other less fortunate children around the world and it is those that Cares4Kids helps to support. The three of us feel so passionatley about this cause that we are prepared to put ourselves through almost anything!? If you feel the same way as us, the good news is that you dont have to cycle 500 kms in Cuba but it would be just as great if you could contribute to our site.

For those of you that haven't sponsored us before, one of our group, Justin Cooper has only one leg as he lost the other through Cancer when he was 17. This of course will only make the ride more challenging but with the support of Sean & Ben he is hoping to go the distance.
