So here we are all five of us; 3 Williams sisters, Mum and running partner Cliff aiming to complete the Cardiff half marathon on Oct 7th. Some of us have done it before but not all and we would like your support if possible. A hospital in Zambia is in need of a  diathermy machine which is an essential piece of machinery  in  operations. It is expensive but with your help and kindness we can do it.
