At the end of October 2023, at 16 weeks gestation, we were told that our baby no longer had a heartbeat and that I had had a missed miscarriage - this is when the baby dies in the womb but the mother’s body doesn’t recognise that there’s anything wrong. On the 26th of December 2023, we found out that I was pregnant again and we were over the moon, however last month we were told again, at 7 weeks gestation, that I had had another missed miscarriage.  

The support we have received from Baby Loss Retreat throughout our journey so far has been phenomenal and we would be lost without them helping us navigate our grief. They really go above and beyond for all the grieving parents they help and deserve all the appreciation they can get.
