As you know, I `don't do' exercise!  Doing the Bristol Half Marathon has finally got me motivated and I am now in serious training!  You won't be surprised to know that I am WALKING it, not running!!  Anyway, have been enjoying the training and it is for a very good cause, so please feel free to sponsor me!
