Hello Everyone!
Somehow I've managed to get myself involved in running the London Marathon this April. Unlikely as it may seem, running has taken over my life!! It's going relatively well (for someone who couldn't run for 20mins a few months ago) and I'm sticking to the programme. So that just leaves the sponsorship......
I'm running in aid of Cornelia de Lang Syndrome (CdLS) which is a rare genetic disorder. Sufferers have multiple disabilities including learning difficulties, growth problems, seizures and cardiac difficulties. Most of the children born with CdLS have limb defects or missing limbs. It's a very worthy cause, so please be generous! Although £750 is the minimum I'd like to raise, it would be great to get to £1000.
You can donate through this site, which is easy and secure. Also, don't forget to tick the gift aid box if you're a tax payer and an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you. Which is nice.
Feel free to come along and make fun of me on the big day - April 13th.

*** Just got back from running the Reading half marathon - all went well bar some minor aches and pains. Was quite pleased with my time of 2hours2mins and am on track for a 4.40 marathon time! Only 6 weeks of training left till I get my life back!***
