AGH! I've never run 10k before! It was only 4 years ago when I couldn't run at all!

This is a weight loss / charitable / challenge event for me, and I'm doing it with Kate Gilheaney and Tracey Thomas, so thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
