Event: EJF Great Fashion Cycle - London to Paris Bike Ride, on 9 September 2009
We investigate, expose, campaign to protect the environment and human rights

Story

Hoorah, you've made it to my fund-raising page!

I've donated my thighs, butt and sense of humour to the Environmental Justice Foundation for five days of gruelling cycling in September 09. The EJF Great Fashion Cycle will take us from London to Paris and, by raising awareness and funds, will help EJF on their mission to help promote a fairer future for the fashion industry.

In order to support EJF and the cause I need to raise £1250.00 and, to help me do this, I've put together a fantastic ethical hamper. Its a raffle!

The hamper containts a t-shirt from Howies, a towel from Greenfibres, a £25 gift voucher from Bourgeois Boheme, a £25 gift voucher from The Natural Store, a t-shirt from THTC, a super stylish helmet from Cyclechic, and something on the way from Enamore... of course everything organic and ethical!

In order to put yourself in line to win this lovely-lovely prize, simply donate £5 or more - for every £5 you donate you'll be entered into the raffle once - donate £10 and you'll be entered twice and so on.

Thank you so much for your support and good luck!

If you want to know more about the cotton industry and its child labour practices please read EJF's excellent report, The Children Behind Our Cotton at http://www.ejfoundation.org/page92.html.

By the way: donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Enviromental Justice Foundation gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

About the charity

EJF works in some of the world's most difficult and remote countries to protect vulnerable communities, wildlife and wild places. Our campaigns have led to action on forced labour and human trafficking, national and global bans on deadly pesticides and arrests of illegal 'pirate' fishing trawlers.
