Story

Thank you for visiting Katie's fundraising page. This site was originally setup to allow family & friends of Katie to donate in memory of her happy life. We've now extended the page to add fundraisers competing in events supporting CRY & in loving memory of Katie.

Bupa Great South Run Portsmouth - 28.10.07

Alan & Mark Gregory succesfully ran in this event supporting CRY. Despite wet & windy conditions Mark completed in 1:30 & Alan a little later in 1:35.

Flora London Marathon - 22.04.07

Ian Gregory, Lead Paramedic at Christchurch Ambulance Station, ran the London Marathon on the 22nd April. Ian chose to support CRY & the memory of Katie.

Asics Reading Half Marathon - 25.03.07

Alan, Mark Gregory & Michelle Coburn successfully ran the Asics Reading Half Marathon on 25th March. Many thanks to friends & colleagues who donated.

Katie Louise Hayes  1981 - 2007

On 8th February 2007, suddenly and unexpectedly taken from us aged 25 years. Much loved and treasured daughter of John and Janice, sister to Tara, partner to Alan and precious granddaughter to Margaret and the late Gordon.

So many hearts broken by your departure.

'You brought happiness to all who met you with that smile that never stopped'.
