Welcome to my fundraising page for Hope for Children!
What am I doing?
I am going to trek Kilimanjaro to raise money for Hope for Children, a small yet important charity that helps children all across the world. I have set an ambitious fundraising target which I can only hit with your help.
Why am I doing this?
We often fail to realise the importance of helping others. We are too focused on our own desires and ambitions and ignore that we are the fortunate ones in this world- provided with a home, healthcare and an education. Why do we forget about the other half? What about the children growing up alone, without access to proper healthcare or education, struggling to make it through each day alive? I passionately believe it is our duty to help them, to ensure that every child has the childhood they deserve.
Taking up the Kilimanjaro challenge and raising money for Hope for Children is my way to fight against inequality and make an actual difference on somebody else's life.

How exactly does your donation help?
The donations go to Hope for Children, an international charity that collaborates with local NGOs to:
- Improve children's access to education, focusing on marginalised groups, including girls, orphans and children with disabilities.
- Empower families through income-generation schemes to create a stable economic future and a better life for their children.
- Support marginalised children to get the medical help they need to stay as physically and mentally healthy as possible.
Over the last 3 years alone, donations to Hope for Children have helped over 128,000 children and their families across Africa, Asia and the UK gain access to healthcare, education and jobs.
