We are competing in the Macmillan 4x4 UK Challenge see www.mac4x4.co.uk for more info. We have entered in our 1970 series 2a Land Rover that may achieve 50mph downhill if we are lucky! And... we expect to navigate 1000 miles on and off-road in 48 hrs! So for us it really is a challenge.
(Including night navigation on unknown routes with poor lights!)
We are the oldest vehicle competing but we hope to complete the challenge in one piece.
