I have decided to run the London Marathon this year for three charities who have helped us since our son, with Down's syndrome, was born. 

downsyndrome OK will be passing two thirds of the money raised to two other registered charities, Epsom Phab (charity no. 298452), a local club for physically disabled and able bodied children,  and APSA (charity no. 1009913), a local Junior school that my son (with Down's syndrome) and my daughter attend.

I am hoping to raise £3,000 (£1,000 for each charity), an amount which would make a big difference to them all.
