Story

Well here i go again, kicking off my training for the 2009 London marathon. Having run the Paris marathon in 3:39 My aim is to run London in under 3:30 and with your support and my hard graft I WILL achieve this! I really wanted to run for a local charity, and what better charity is there than SAINT FRANCIS HOSPICE. The name speaks for itself, my aim is to raise FIVE GRAND and beyond for this very worth while cause. so please part with copious amounts of cash for this cause.... P.S what are you going to give me if I hit the 3:30 target (just for that extra encouragement) Love Kevan XxX............... UPDATE...8 weeks to go. All is going well with the training. I am on target for the 3.30 time, my charity night was a resounding success, a great time was had by all and we made £1.550 profit out of the night.... Many thanks to all that contributed and made it an excellent night......UPDATE.... six weeks to go,bang on target for £5,000, done 18 miler last weekend at 8 minute mile pace only another 8 at that pace and happy days. XxX .......Update Well its all done and dusted..done a respectable 3:54 not the 3:30 i was aiming for, legs went wobbly @ 18 but the good news is when all the cash comes in the totals will be about FIVE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED. I would like to thank you all for your support and donations to this excellent charity, lots of love, Kevan.....see you next year
