Hi ...update !!

 

Just a note to say thankyou to everyone who has donated to my page and sponsered my for my traithlon.

i have now completed three Triathlons, and am really enjoying them !

I will continue to donate to Breast cancer care ...

My dear friend Liz is whom I am collecting for.

 And of course,I am collecting towards research to help find treatments and cures for this illness.
