We have decided to take part in a local triathalon relay, in support of our friend who can no longer compete. BUT WE NEED YOUR HELP TOO!

The WyeAthalon in Fownhope Herefordshire, takes place in September and consists of a 504m Swim, 13.5 mile cycle and a 3 mile run PHEW!

Please help us raise money to help fight this terrible disease that has touched so many of us. Remember, the more you pledge the faster we go!
