As a group of Mum's who get together and walk for 5 miles in the evenings, we have set ourselves a challenge for 2010.  SNOWDONIA....

We completed the Moonlit Walk last summer and then asked ourselves "What next" and Snowdon was the answer.

On Saturday 22nd May, myself and 6 of my close friends will be walking Snowdon and hoping to raise money and awareness for some charities that are very close to our hearts.

Whilst my page supports Macmillan Cancer Support, we are also raising money for the Women for Women Charity, www.justgiving.com/ladiesdosnowdon2  BASICs, Doctors who provide immediate medical care at the site of an accident, emergency or in transit www.justgiving.com/ladiesdosnowdon3

Macmillan Cancer Support improves the lives of people affected by Cancer.  We are all affected by Cancer and we can all help.  Patients need medical help, emotional, practical and financial support, and Macmillan provide this.  Mine and my families lives have certainly been affected by the loss of loved one's to Cancer.
