Story
So it looks like I'm running a 10k in a few weeks time!
Until now I've mostly stuck to a 5k distance and I could probably keeping doing that for the rest of life, easily. But I cant carry on doing easy for the rest of my life. It's time to step things up and push myself that little bit further. Plus I want to do a half marathon soon so a 10k is definitely the next step towards that. I've run one 10k race before so I know what I need to do and I've got an idea of timing too - I'm hoping to finish in under an hour. I've also decided to raise money for The Alzheimer's Society while I'm at it so that I have an added incentive for completing the race.
