Hello Everyone.

It's that time of year again....marathon season.

I've spiced things up a little in 2009 by running Paris rather than London.

This year I am running for Halton Haven Hospice. They looked after my Granddad Ted and my Great Uncle Alf.

I would like to show my support for the hospice by running this year's Paris marathon for them. I would really love to raise £1000 for them so if you can sponsor me that would be fantastic.

I don't think I'm going to run a very fast time in Paris - wait until the Berlin Marathon for the sub 3 hour effort (no sponsorship required for that one!)
