Story
Hi everyone,
On 27th April 2008 I will be cycling the Coast to Coast route across the UK with my brother Sean and 2 other friends Dave Legge and Phill Neill. Our challenge starts on the West coast of Cumbria and will take us on a spectacular 3 day route through the hills and valleys of the Lake District to the East coast of the UK, finishing in Hartlepool hopefully on the 29th April!
The route stretches just over 150 miles and other than being a personal challenge, we will also be raising money for the Royal Hospital for Neurological Disability in Putney, South West London. The hospital specialises in assessing and rehabilitating people who have suffered traumatice brain injuries. Over 12 months ago, my brother's Mother in Law suffered a stroke and has spent the last year in the hospital. Your much appreciated support would be going to a fantastic cause that does so much for the people and families who are affected by Neuro disability.
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
So please sponsor me now!
Many thanks for your support.
Liam
