So I did it!!  2 hours and 27 minutes of intense pain but all worth it.

OK - less than a week to go and the butterflys are really kicking in (maybe they will help me fly to the finish.......)  Again a massive thank you to everyone who has sponsored me it is a massive inspiration.

For those who are not aware the Great North Run is 13 miles and Make a Wish is an amazing foundation who do so much good work.

8 miles so far in 1 hour 28 mins so am really on track, despite the blisters!

OK, time to get properly running.  I'm looking to all of you for motivation.  I promise the more you sponser the faster I will run ;)
