Thank you to everyone who has supported me in my effort to lose 14 lbs by 14 June.  On 30 May I was 15 lbs lighter than when I started on 7 April, so target achieved with 2 weeks to spare.  I hope you can see the difference.  The support you all gave me was a major factor - I wouln't have believed it before, but knowing you all had faith in me to do it meant I could not let you down!   I'm determined to continue after my holiday, so who knows what I might achieve with your support behind me!

The website will stay open until the end of October for anyone else who would like to donate - some people are paying by the lb, so I hope they have big checkbooks!  It costs £3m each year to maintain St Raphael's hospice, of which over two thirds comes from donations and fundraising such as this.  Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure.
