Firstly, thank you for visiting my page.

Secondly, while you're here, please would you mind sponsoring me a little bit of money for my 10k run on the 7th October? There are many reasons for this.....

- It is for a very good cause - Little Havens is a Children's Hospice and I think the work they do is amazing

- It is my birthday on the 8th October and I am having to run a 10k race the day before when I should be relaxing and building up to turning 27

- I will have been out the night before, probably dancing all night to cheesy 80s tunes and so the very act of running a 10k race the next day should be a sight to be sponsored!!!!!!

It doesn't matter if you sponsor me £1 or £10, I will appreciate whatever you can donate and I know Little Havens will too.

ALSO... If we raise over £1000, I'll do the run in 80s fancy dress get up...
