I am doing this for a number of reasons.

1) For Dad. When someone you love has a stroke it is heartbreaking to have to sit and watch them struggle with the every day things we take for granted. Doing this run makes me feel a little more pro-active!

2)Becuase there is so much more to learn about strokes and why they happen and every penny helps towards this goal.

3) Because it gives me something to focus on. xx
