Story

Thank you for visiting the Lovells fundraising page for the London Legal Sponsored Walk.

On 18 May we are walking 10km around London to support the Bow County Court Advice Network through which our lawyers provide free advice to people facing eviction at the County Court. We believe that prevention of homelessness is better than cure and this scheme achieves that every week.

While our lawyers give their time for free, there is a cost for the administration to get everyone to the right place at the right time and to follow up problems etc. That is provided by Community Links and they need your help to maintain the network.

Please dig deep and sponsor the walkers online:

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us:  The Court Scheme through London Legal Support Trust will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor us now!

Many thanks for your support.

About the charity

The London Legal Support Trust supports the work of social welfare legal centres in London and the Home Counties. Funds raised are targeted to assist requests for help from the centres. This financial aid helps the legal centres overcome funding crises, develop new services, support appeals and improve their premises.
