Help for Heroes was set up in 2007 to help raise money for returning service men and women from Iraq and Afghanistan.  Orignally set up with the aim of raising £5 million for the Defence Medical Rehab Centre at Headley Court in Surrey, the charity raised £12.5 million in it's first 12 months. 

Please help me to raise some money by sponsoring me to run a half marathon in Greenwich in September.
