Story
NOT LONG NOW.... On 17th February 2011 I will be cycling over 650km through Vietnam, in order to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust. I am doing this in memory of my beautiful friend and travelling buddy Kirsty, who was sadly taken away from us far to young at only 21. She battled with CF throughout her life and took on so many challenges, I was lucky enough to do many of these with her and hope she will be proud of my challenge now. I will be spending 8 intensive days on the saddle riding across the remote and traditional North of Vietnam, crossing rice paddies and lush jungle. Quite a challenge considering I currently don't even own a bicycle!
This is a charity very close to my heart, Cystic Fibrosis is one of the UK's most common, life-threatening, inherited diseases so please dig deep and hopefully one day they will be able to find a cure for this cruel illness.
Every donation, large or small is greatly appreciated. Please help me raise and hopefully even exceed my target of £3,100.
Thank you,
Lucy x
