Did you hear the one about the Germans, a Welshman and an Indian - well the Welshman did not win!
In all seriousness - we decided to enter a mini-triathlon as a team, get fit along the way and even better, raise money for numerous good causes.
The team profile is as follows:
Laura aka Ms Femme Fatale - good all rounder - has been training quite seriously and believes wearing her wet suit in bed will aid her performance(!)
Karsten aka Dr B - superb athlete - great looking - and easily the winner amongst us (he's the boss)
Boris aka Mr OoooohYaaaaahhhr - all rounder - great drinker, smoker and armchair athlete - but is considered to be the dark horse with an outside chance of beating us all
David aka Mr Welsh Wizard - as with all Welshmen - used to chasing around the green rolling hills of home, a choral singer (therefore good lungs) - and well prepp'd for the big event
Robin aka Mr Spidey - the weak link in the chain - not the embodiment of an olympic swimmer but does possess the finesse and grace of a breeze block in water
