Story

***************Update***************

I managed the walk this year in 8 hours and 4 minutes (and only 3 blisters!)

************************************

Last year, the 26 mile walk from Avebury to Stonehenge took me just over 8 hours. And gave me minutes of fun, hours of pain and days of blisters !

But I obviously enjoyed something about the day because I'm doing it again this year !

The walk starts at the National Trust site at Avebury and winds its way down through the glorious Wiltshire countryside before crossing Salisbury P(l)ain and finishing at Stonehenge.

The money raised goes towards wildlife conservation throughout the county.

So please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support
.

Incidentally, Holly (left) has declined to go with me on this occasion because I take too long.

About the charity

Wiltshire has some of the most wildlife-rich places in the UK, and Wiltshire Wildlife Trust needs your help to make sure it stays that way. Together we can protect, conserve and enhance this wonderful county in which we live, work and play not just for wildlife but for people too.
