Fundraising for Julia's House
Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.
As you are probably aware the Richmond Group and myself have been proud supporters of the Julia's House charity for a couple of years now. Julia's House really is a fantastic charity. Based Dorset they run hospice providing residential care for terminally ill children. The also provide specialist care in the community for the parents and family of life limited children, giving much need respite, training and care.
The Richmond Group are very proud to have achieved collection of over £300,000 in donations from our customers and staff. Not satisfied with the amount we have raised so far we think we might have found another way to drum up a bit of cash - skydiving! So, on the 3rd May 2009 I will be strapping myself to a Royal Marine and jumping out of a perfectly good plane, freefalling for around 30 seconds and the cruising gently down to earth (I am assured).
