Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

Every year the Salveson charity takes disabled young people to the National Sports Centre for Disabled in Colorado (USA).  The group experience skiing with trained instructors and specialist equipment. The trip for the group is entirely funded by the charity and the volunteers pay their own way. 

Inspired by my sister-in-law who is part of the team that makes this concept a reality - I've seen the impact this experience has had on individuals, it's fantastic, it's energising, and makes you want to do something...

My contribution to this charity is to raise funds by running in "the Great South Run" (10 miles), and it's great that Abbey (Part of Santander Group) will further match my fundraising effort.
