Not sure what haven house were thinking when they trusted me to join their 2021 London marathon team…but… somehow I am going to get round those 42.2 kms! Haven House is a beautiful hospice and the families involved, staff and supporters are hugely inspiring! Haven House predominantly looks after and supports children and young people who have life-limiting or life - threatening conditions, as well as their families!  Care is provided at the hospice itself in Woodford Green as well as in the community.  Haven House needs to raise £4.4 million a year to achieve this.  The work done by Haven House is impressive but the strength, love and attitude with which it is done is what is really overwhelming.
