On Sunday the 6th Of September I will be running 21 K,in the aid of the people of Darfur.

Darfur is a region of Western Sudan that is roughly the size of France. For more than 6 years, the African peoples of Darfur have been subject to unimaginable acts of rape, torture, mass atrocities and genocide just because of the colour of their skin. There are number reasons why this atrocity has continued, for example the Chinese government are profiting from it and the Arabic Sudanese people are benefiting from it. Although the UN has been unable to put a stop this conflict, charities like Together for Sudan are working to help the displaced people from the Darfur region.
