The beginning of 2014 for me was one of the worst times in my life. 10 days in and my dad suffered two heart attacks. This experience left our whole family in turmoil. My mum has ms and as my dad is her main helper my brother and i had to put everything in our lives to the back of our minds. My dad has his own successful home security buisness and being self employed we all rallied together and did all we could to keep customers happy and the company ticking over.

After three long weeks and a major operation all was well and my dad came home. This whole experience shook our family up so i bought a bike to help try and get fit and minimise the possibility of leaving my family i  the same situation

Since being on the bike i cant express how good it has felt and i want to keep pushing myself and my body as far as i can and if i can earn a small amount of money to help charities and other families through the tough times then i will be a happy man
