It's that time of year again. I'm running the Great North Run for the second time. This year I'm raising money for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust. We didn't know much about this disease until we met a family on holiday with 4 year old identical twin boys who both have Cystic Fibrosis. We had a great time and learnt a lot about Cystic Fibrosis. This helped me decide which charity to run for.
