Thanks for visiting my fundraising page and yes you've guessed it I'm on the cadge for sponsorship. For those of you who can remember the last time I was after your cash was April 2003 for my first 2 marathon (Paris & London). Yes, it's another marathon I'm asking for your money for but the difference this time is that it will be my 100th marathon in Florence on the 30th November.

It's been a long time getting there but I have finally completed my 100th marathon. Whilst there was heavy rain at the start of the race it did stop and the time flew by. So it's now on to the next 100.......

Along the way, I have met many inspiring people with amazing achievements including 2 world record holders - (most marathons current record 1594 & fastest aggregate time for 10 marathons in 10 days in 35hrs 20min 45 sec -each one around Windermere ), but for me the most inspirational person I've met is Simon Beresford who is the first and only person with Down's Syndrome to have completed a marathon and he's the reason why I want to raise money for the Down's Syndrome Association.
