Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My friend Rupert has just had to drop out of this run and asked me to take his place.
I was ready to cheer on my wife, Jean, who is running on Sunday whilst I'd be playing with kids in Green Park.
However, I have now decided to rise to the challenge and support the Bopal Medical Appeal at the same time.
Rupert is looking after the Kids!!

Wish me luck. It's a bit Last minute and I'm not a natural runner. But will give it a go.
