thanks for visiting this page. its that time of year again when i get on my bike to do a 'HILLY' 50 miles around county down. All proceeds are in aid of Northern Ireland Cancer Fund for Children - Shimna Valley, Newcastle.

 

As some of you may know, we have been doing this for 9 years now and well lets just say that as my fitness gets a little worse each year then the bike ride gets that bit harder.

 

And now don't be fooled by the photos because believe me it is nowhere near as glamourous as they might suggest, but if you would like to find out, you are more than welcome to come along and take part.

 

It takes place on Sunday 6th Sept 2009 starting from Brennans and you have a couple of options

Route A:    50 miles starting at 9:30am

Route B:   40 miles starting at 12:30pm
