On 15th May I will be running a ten mile road race to raise money for City of Chelmsford Mencap, it is a charity that provides much needed support to individuals with learning disabilities throughout much of Essex. 

Sadly our minibus "Miranda" has seen better days and will soon be out of action and no longer meets our needs, we will be replacing her soon. Any donations will go towards this and it is an essential part of the service that we provide so please give what you can.
