Story

In January 2013 I went on the holiday of a lifetime to watch the Royal Rumble with my brother and man-wife. On the journey home, I was excited to share the stories with my friends and give them the gifts I had bought.

Within minutes of landing in the UK I received a phone that would turn my world upside down. My best friend, Trev, had committed suicide...

Over the last year, my friends and I have tried our best to do as many positive things as possible for each other and Trev's family.

I decided that I should try and raise some money for the charity Trev's mum chose. She chose CALM (http://www.thecalmzone.net/) and for some reason I decided an olympic distance triathlon was the obvious thing to do to raise money!

Honestly, if they can help one person, and that person's family and friends don't have to go through what we have, every metre I have swam, kilometre I have cycled and run will be worth it.

This one is for you Trev...
Best in the World!

EDIT: I'm totally blown away by everyone's generosity! You are all good people!
