Story
This year I turn 50, and the Evelina Children's Hospital turns 150.
For my 40th birthday (kind of!) we had a third child: Phineas. When Phineas was 3 weeks old he nearly died, but thanks to the incredible team at the Evelina, he survived and is now a thriving boy heading towards being 10.
Back then I did a lot of work to raise the profile of the Evelina, and last year they asked me to be one of their Ambassadors. With that in mind I have decided to celebrate my birthday by using the power of networking to help raise much-needed funds for the Evelina so that some other Dad or Mum can have their birthday wishes come true, and their little girl or boy healed and cared for by the life-saving people who work at ECH.
All I am asking for is that anyone who comes to this page donate a pound. You can donate more, of course, but I am only asking for a pound.
- I have a network of a thousand people, and if each of them donates a pound that will be £1000. But if each of them encourages their networks to do the same imagine how much could be raised.
I don't think that will happen, so I have set a target of £7500 - that's 50x150 (my birthday multiplied by the Evelina's). If you can help achieve that it will be the best birthday present ever... for both of us!

Thank you!
Michael
