Thank you for visiting our fundraising page. Alan and I have both been lucky enough to have got ballot places for the London Marathon this year. It is Alan's first time and I seem to have forgotten all the pain of the last time.

We have chosen to raise money for the Alzheimers society because Alan's mum is suffering really badly at the moment. At first the things she did seemed really funny but it is a heavy strain on Alan's 83 year old dad who now has to do all the cooking and cleaning .

We have no target but we would like to raise as much as possible. £100 pays for 8 calls answered by the society helpline. £1,000 pays for respite breaks for 2 people. 700,000 people suffer from dementia in the UK. It may be us in the future. Please dig deep and sponsor us online.
