I completed the Great North run last year but its always been an ambition of mine to do the London Marathon.  I have been training since christmas and its been a long and hard journey!  My employer AMEC have kindly agreed to double any donations up to £500!  So please sponsor me - your money will helping the Outward Bound Trust who support disabled and disadvantaged children in local communities participate in outdoor activities that they would not otherwise of had the opportunity to do.  Thank you for your support.
