I am trying to complete the following races this year in support of the Sandwell and West Birmingham Trust:-

Birmingham 10KM - 30th April - The Warm Up

Rat Race - Dirty Weekend - 20mile Obstacle Course on 6th May - The Beast 

Staffordshire Ironman 70.3 Triathlon Race  - 1.2mile swim, 56m bike and 13.1m run - The Pain

Birmingham Velo - 100m road race - 24th September  - The Hang On To The End
