On 3rd July we set off from Lands End and on a very wet and windy 16th July we reached John o'Groats. Our final mileage was 1005 miles (it was worth getting lost a couple of times to get the miles over 1K) and our only damage was one puncture, one broken spoke, one bottom bracket, one wheel and a badly grazed chin. We have far exceeded our donations target so we would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported us to raise money for Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research. 

It is just over two years since my wife was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma and I am pleased to say that after seven months of chemotherapy she is in very good partial remission. It is still not possible to recover to full remission from this form of cancer and my hope is that one day organizations like Leukaemia and Lymphoma research will help find a cure for Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma and all blood cancers.
