I am competing in the Crondall Triathlon on Sunday 7th June which comprises a 400m swim, 20km ride and 5km run.  I am raising money for the Neuroblastoma Society which is a charity close to my heart.  Neuroblastoma is an aggressive childhood cancer and my nephew Jake sadly died from the disease in 2004.  The charity does a lot of great work researching the disease and supporting the children who suffer from it and their families.
