I am raising money for the Prince's Trust; they are a charity that focus on those who've struggled at school, been in care, trouble with the law, or are long-term unemployed.

Through practical support; they help young people transform their lives to realise their potential and get their lives working.

From Feb 18th-27th '06, I will be part of a six man team racing against other teams to cross Costa Rica in Central America, one of the most ecologically and climatically diverse terrains in the world. The course traverses remote mountain ranges, large rivers and thick jungle and I'll be using only a mountain bike, small kayak, river raft and my feet! I'll bike a total of 156km, hike 26km, raft 30km and sea kayak 35km.
