Story

Poor little Millie, the Shih-Tzu, was taken to our vets by an RSPCA Animal Welfare Officer with a broken leg. The operation to correct her leg was urgent and has cost us £450. Sadly, we are seeing more and more cases like this—animals coming in needing operations or expensive veterinary treatment before they can be put up for rehoming. We are often left to pick up the bill and as soon as we have one sorted, there is another one that comes along. Those that know the work we do here at Little Valley will be aware that we will do everything we can for every animal in our care. Millie is a gorgeous girl and is bearing up well considering the big operation she's just had. She is currently in a foster home recovering but, as soon as she is better, she will be looking for her furever home. Do you think you can help towards the cost of getting Millie back on her feet? Thank you.
