On Nov.17, I will be running in the 'BIG one' - the marathon. The only race on earth guaranteed to make you feel ten years younger the day before and look... ten years older the day after!

This year I'll be running in France, near Lyon; in the marathon du Beaujolais nouveau, in support of the Alzheimer's Society. The number of people affected by Alzheimer's disease is growing year on year. Today, there are 700,000 people suffering from dementia in the UK. It's estimated that in 2025, there will be over one million (for facts about Alzheimer's visit: http://www.alzheimers.org.uk/). Please help me to raise £1,000 for this very worthy cause; it means a lot to me.
