I finished the MKA 10K Charity Challenge 2009 on the 10th May and reached my £300 target before the event, I ran the entire course (well a little bit of walking in between!) and finished with an amazing time of ….54m 37s - which I was quite pleased about as I was only 22 minutes behind the winner! Surely you should donate some money just for that!

This year I have chosen to raise money for the NSPCC.  They do fantastic work in child protection and preventing cruelty to children.  Its a fantastic cause.  Please give generously!!
