Everyone has the right to be treated with dignity, respect and equality. It is also important that everyone is entitled to hope and choice and to achieve personal fulfilment in their life.

So in order to raise awareness of the SAMH Charity and help promote improvements to individuals health and wellbeing through physical activity, I am running another 50 Half Marathon (13.1 miles) during the course of the year (2014) and this is backed with myself completing 52 Half Marathons during 2013. The new goal for this year is completing 100 Half Marathons in 100 Weeks.

This is a personal challenge  and hopefully I can encourage and inspire men women and children to achieve their own personal goals.

With 2014 and the Commonwealth Games on the horizon, what better time to try and get everyone active, whether it's walking, jogging, running or taking part in some form of exercise to improve their health.
